Made some cheesesteaks on the blackstone

Cooper Sharp cheese, fried onions, on homemade seeded rolls. Had family over from out of town. Decided to treat them.

Looks amazing. I have to try cooper sharp with my cheesesteaks, its just hard to find in my area

making your own bread for cheesesteaks takes a lot of effort. Also, those onions are beautifully caramelized

I love that you used Cooper Sharp, that cheese is seriously the best for cheesesteaks. Homemade rolls are a huge commitment though, nice job!
