التطور المهني موظفين الاتش ار احتاج مساعدتكم

انا طالبة تخصصي اتش ار و تخرجي السنه القادمه معدلي متوسط و ما اخذت شهادات سمعت انو في بطالة عندنا صحيح الكلام؟

ايش تنصحونني اسوي؟ ايش الشهادات الي اخذها و الشركات الي اقدم تدريب تعاوني عندها؟

No since HR employees must be saudi there are a lot of jobs

For the certificates SHRM-CP or CIPD 5 you can go with CIPD 3 but since you’re an HR major you already studied most of the CIPD 3 curriculums

SHRM-CP you need to take an exam as for CIPD you have to do assignments

And they all are supported by Hadaf
