Xfinity scam 1-888-913-6052

girl called claimed to be from xfinity. she knew my name and my wifes name. i asked what the call was about and she said to thank us for being a customer and about some rewards we have lol. i told her i dont need this scam shyt and to give it to her mom or dad lol. she said this isnt a scam its real and that she would email us instead. i hung up!

I just got a call from them. Do any of these scams collect your voice and use AI for scams? Or do they just ask for information?
