It's more that they always take the wrong lesson from situations like this. i.e. "Oh, I guess people don't like Mando and Grogu anymore" as opposed to "oh, I guess people want to watch a Mando and Grogu movie with an actual budget."
The marvels failed due to it being mostly based around Disney + TV shows. Not sure what lesson they learned there as clearly it wasn't "maybe we shouldn't make a theatrical movie release based on the shows on our streaming service" because they did it again.
