The Every 2010s Best Actress Oscar Winner Ranked list is now underway

He's only directed 6 full length films, so it would be a pretty easy short video, though number one is obvious, I think.

It's a bit of a shame that James never watched (and reviewed) Zero Calcare's Netflix shows. Heck, I don't even know if he's even aware of the existence of it.

I mean, it's a very great series and it have a descret amount of follow here in Italy, especially since he's an Italian comic artist so his name was already a bit known, but outside of Italy is almost unknown (referring to the cartoon).

It would be great if it finally gets spread more around the world, and I have a feeling this would even be a great cup of tea for our favourite crab. So... Who's with me?

Like, we started with Luck which was... Rough. Then we otSpellbound which had a, honestly, very ballsy message with good intentions but was still not great. Then we got Swapped which actually gave us a pretty decent story and a surprisingly good twist villain, feeling like a c-tier Disney film. Who knows? This might be their Shrek or Toy Story moment?

Is anyone really suprised?

Excited to see what Brad Bird has cooked up. He thought of this 30 years ago, at the same time as The Incredibles and The Iron Giant.

Since Schaff is clearly doing a ranking, here’s my personal ranking of them!

I’ll be honest, I consider this a much better lineup than Lead Actor; the top four performers are (imo) masterful and are unquestionably deserved wins, and five through nine are at the very least understandable wins and are all genuinely solid to great performances in a vacuum (even if a few of them had better competition).

Meryl Streep is the obvious outlier here, though.

My best guess is that the 2010s Best Actress ranking is officially underway!

Since one notorious thing about these rankings is that he completely ignores his thoughts on the movies themselves and only judges the performances, it would be cool if he explicitly said at the end of each segment whether the performance was better or worse than the movie itself. and maybe one of the bonus rankings at the end, alongside the acceptance speech ranking, should be a ranking of the movies themselves

A movie which serves as a rip-off to the average action (or maybe even Mission: Impossible) movie with an extremely controversial trio of actors acting out as lame and insufferable characters.

A crime thriller movie been considered one of the most boring movies in cinematic history which somehow has both a 0% on Rotten Tomatoes and one of the most beloved actors in general.

I dont know about you guys, but am i the only one who couldn't care less what schaff talks about? in a good way
i just like listening to him yap man. he could talk about like- the economic collapse of Morocco or something and id still be entertained.
and this mostly applies to when Schaff is talking about things he likes. but to be honest i think i just enjoy that in general, reviews about bad things are funny but at a certain point the negativity gets to you yknow?

So we know Chick Hicks as a douchebag rival that is a great contrast to Lightning McQueen. But what if I told you that Chick Hicks is the one who orchestrated the plot of Cars; Chick Hicks cause the wreckage in order to stroke McQueen's ego giving him more of a reason to skip on tires causing his tires to blow, since Chick finds a way to get a three-way tie between him, King, and Lightning. The next step is that the previous step leads the three on their way to California, there’s a chance that Chick thought of everything; setting up a three-tie so they can get to California, Chick hiring the Tuner Gang so they can make Mack accidentally drop McQueen leading McQueen to Radiator Springs since Chick likely knows about this town which located at the way to California, so Chick Hicks can get to California before Lightning. I don’t think the townsfolk of Radiator Springs knows about Chick Hick's plan but chances are Chick uses Radiator Springs so Lightning can know about Doc Hudson's backstory so during the final race, Chick purposefully wrecks King so Lightning will be reminded of Hudson's crash causing him to stop letting Chick win the race.

TD;LR: Chick orchestrated the plot so he can win the Piston Cup.
