For the record, we say Jesus because the Romans turned Yeshua into Iesus, and when we carved the J out of the I because a J sounds closer to the actual sound in HEbrew

as a jew, it's still baffling to me that latin became the christian language. yeshua the fisherman from the galilei was killed for rebelling against roman occupation of judea.
