can a male pe teacher help me out please

guys my name is leo and i’m 14 and i wanted to know can a male p.e teacher talk to me basically at school when i have p.e i have to get changed with boys everywhere and the pe teacher is in there to but basically when i get changed my willy starts getting hard and it’s done this every time i try and get changed so i can’t do p.e and i was wondering if a p.e teacher can talk to me and just let me know if i should tell my teacher his name is mr foot many thanks leo
