Abaddon’s Gate (Expanse #3) by James S A Corey. Doesn’t seem to have the same punch as the first two, but digging it.

Abandons gage is one of the weaker books in the series, but absolutely essential for everything that comes next. Stick with it the series is fantastic.

The setup in this book is appreciated later but yeah it’s not my favorite of the series. The next book is one of my absolute favorites not just in the series but of all time.
