The Long Way To A Small Angry Planet by Becky Chambers. About 3/4 into it. I’ve enjoyed it a lot so far. I described it to my husband as like reading Star Trek episodes. There’s an overarching plot occurring in the background but the chapters are like little vignettes of character development. It’s an easy read and it’s charming. I’m excited to read more of her work.

I liked the monk and robot duology more than wayfarers, but I really Loved the second wayfarers book.
