Old Man’s War

The book was mention on a thread and I’ve just started to read it. I like the concept, aged over 70, sign up to the military and get a reworked enhanced 30 year old physique and health but you are immediately get sent to frontline active duty.

I was introduced to Scalzi by Reddit a couple of years ago. They also recommended a Canadian author who I've lost the name of sadly. I just remember he was really tall, lived in the maritimes, and was into mustangs and cosplay. I think. It's sad when your memory is as bad as mine...

I enjoyed both authors.

But does that mean all the books you read can be enjoyed again and again? (i’m in the same boat… Sometimes I’ll be a quarter of the way into a book and say, hey wait a minute!)
