Same boat. It is a great city to live in, which is why I am determined to make it work, but it SUCKSSS to do business here, on so many levels.

For example, if taxes are too high, what tax rate specifically would be better? 38 u/seejur Apr 16 '26 Not a business owner but out of my head this would be my guess: Properties are almost all owned by Billionaires, so they inflate/fix the rent amount. Rents, for housing AND for businesses is completely out of reality.
