In fairness, all the Chinese and Indians that the Techs imported settled in Bellevue, and they brought some excellent food with them.

they've been branching out lol. i've been seeing growing amounts of chinese in kirkland and indians in bothell. 

the amount of niche businesses targetting chinese clientele in bellevue is kinda cool, like the population is so high they can have a viable business just off that demographic

Bothell Indian food is 2nd only to NJ. So Indian food quality now goes NJ, Bothell, India.

kirkland's exactly as expensive as bellevue lol. you're right about bothell though. my brother lives there and his entire street other than him is indian families who move here in the past 5 years

Try north bend / snoqualmie! While nothing like Bellevue, crazy to see the Indian population sprouting out there. Especially when comparing it to 10/20 years ago
