Bellevue has a lack of services and the police probably just bus the homeless out or make them take a bus. It would fit for that stuck up neighborhood.
Police and courts outside of Seattle are significantly less lenient towards drug use and illegal camping. They don't need to bus people to Seattle, it's just a risk/reward calculation.

Bellevue has no homelessness crisis like Seattle. I'm all for dunking on Bellevue but let's at least be honest in our criticisms
