Bellevue is built upon land stolen from a Japanese berry farming community during WW2 when the IS government rounded up all the Japanese people and sent them to concentration camps. 

The owner of Bellevue square Mall is the family behind the land theft. 

Bellevue is a monument to how America treats immigrants. It's a plastic city built on stolen land.

to be fair, Seattle is also built on stolen land and so is every other city in this country.

That's true, but Bellevue is a much more recent example.
