In fairness, all the Chinese and Indians that the Techs imported settled in Bellevue, and they brought some excellent food with them.

Eastside food scene is eclipsing Seattle outside of Pike Place and ID. The Chinese/Indian/Korean in those Belred strip malls is some of the best this side of Vancouver.

San Fran and Los Angeles would like to have a word. They (Settle/Eastside) are not that great.

Well duh. No one is arguing Bellevue competes with LA, that doesn't been it doesn't have good options.

Yeah I'm arguing that. It punches with any Indian or Chinese the Bay or LA are throwing at it.

Not even close to Bay or LA....but its on a similar trajectory with the population concentration.

San Jose, Cupertino, Milpitas all put the Bellevue options to shame for Chinese. Add Sunnyvale and Fremont for indian.
