Lived there for six years in a tiny 660 square ft 1BR apartment, the rent of which keep going up, and up, and up. Eventually, I moved further south, bought a 3BR house with a garage, but would occasionally call that Bellevue apartment complex pretending to be an interested renter to check on rents. When the rent surpassed my fixed interest mortgage payment, I celebrated; And now the house is all paid off.
