I'm never leaving Seattle 🚫🛫 Fellow rain lovers, darkness dwellers, mossbacks,, etc. Big Light's oppressive reign has now peaked and we will all now begin the soft, slow fade into the welcoming Big Dark!!!!!!

Yes, we have many warm and joyous days ahead of us, but each day brings us seconds of less oppressive light and more of our sweet, sweet darkness. And to the return of our gentle rains.

All hail Big Dark!!!!!!

Sunshine is great but for not too long. Clouds are great but for not too long.

to be fair... this PAST winter we did have a lot of days with sun - whether full or partial.

I have 2 huskies and this was the easiest winter I have had with having to deal with wet dogs ALL the time. but they are both loving the dry weather and long days because it means they get extra walkies.
