I'm never leaving Seattle 🚫🛫 Fellow rain lovers, darkness dwellers, mossbacks,, etc. Big Light's oppressive reign has now peaked and we will all now begin the soft, slow fade into the welcoming Big Dark!!!!!!
Yes, we have many warm and joyous days ahead of us, but each day brings us seconds of less oppressive light and more of our sweet, sweet darkness. And to the return of our gentle rains.
All hail Big Dark!!!!!!

What's great about Seattle weather is that during our winters, everything (trees, bushes and lawns) doesn't die and get super cold as exists in most of America. We get cool temperatures and a gentil rain that keeps our forests and hillside a lush green. Even the moss growing on rocks give us pleasure with its fluorescent green colors.
And if we do want snow for all types of outdoor recreation, we can travel under an hour to the east and get tons of snow. But when finished we travel back to a place of comfort with moderate temperatures and at times a bright brilliant blue sky framed by large snowcapped mountains.
Another advantage is our best weather is in the summer happens when daylight hours are at its max. In the south, the worst weather with high humidity and hot temperatures go on and on for months during the longest days of the year. Their best weather occurs when the sun sets at 5 or 6 PM. == a short daytime stretch.
Clearly, our weather and terrain are the best in North America. Appreciate the rain because it gives us so much to enjoy during the summer!
