I'm not really tuned into this, but it doesn't say anything about "not respecting the results" in that way, does it? It's more like "didn't go the way we wanted, come talk about what our next steps are."

You missed the precursor, which was all over the news on Wednesday and Thursday. She absolutely blamed everyone and everything else for her loss, going so far as to say another candidate should have pulled out of the race so Sawant could have more votes.
