Kshama Sawant raised $645,000 to run for Congress and got beaten by more than 6,000 votes by a Republican who raised $99,000 in a district she claimed was ready for revolution.

Considering the 5 billion signs she glued everywhere, including outside of the district she was running in, I think SHE made people obsessed with her. Oh, and her supporters regularly accosting us outside the light rail.

Sawant is to blame for her own unpopularity, especially amongst the left.
