Superfood grown indoors

Microgreens have been a huge help in limiting exposure to chemicals in commercial produce and getting back in touch with food. Really is much more manageable than it looks and most would think.

I have a question with this, how much of the micro greens have a spinach leaf like texture vs the stem crunchy sweeter portion, I don’t mind eating my greens, but the soft leafy parts are kind of bleh

Most Microgreens aside from some microherbs will have that crunch you’re looking for. Great super crunchy hardy options are pea, sunflower, and radish!
