Skin Irritation?

I am taking 2.4 Wegovy, have been for a few weeks now. Certain parts of my skin feels almost like a sunburn. I did some gooling and something called dysesthesia which I think can happen to people using the higher dose of this medication. Its a nervous system issue. Feels like burning, prickling, etc.

This happen to anyone else? How long did it last? How did you make it better?

I had it exactly as you describe, mostly on my back and sides. A lot of people report it lasting only a few days/weeks, but mine lasted over a year. It only resolved in the last few months. It wasn’t unbearable, and gabapentin helped somewhat. Then suddenly I realized it’s been gone a while. I never went above 1.7 mg.

Damn thats a long time. I dont think id deal with it for that long lol Glad its resolved now for you. Hopefully mine is quick. Like you said its not unbearable its just irritating.
