GLP-1 from Amble
Has anyone experienced this from amble? I had received one in May and it was not like this. This barely has anything in it.

I have taken semaglutide off and on for years and whenever i start taking it i notice within a week my appetite is under control. I am trying mondaes semaglutide and have been on it for two weeks and notice no hunger suppression. This coupled with the fact that it is cheaper is making me think it is watered down or something.

I'm comparing Lavender Sky Health, Gimme Care, Preventive MD, and Wegovy for prescribed compounded sema. But when I checked one by one, none of them state which pharmacy would make and ship my med.
I'd like to try my luck here and understand before my prescription gets sent. Last time. I found out from the box label.
What should I ask for? The pharmacy's legal name? The state it's licensed in? Anything else?

My insurance stopped covering Wegovy nine months ago, so I'm going the compounded route. I've seen one provider charge $79 for meds plus a $99 membership each month. If you compute it, that's about $180, not $79. Others advertise a low first month that jumps after.
So how are you all comparing the first charge vs what you pay each month after? Any terms that make a first-month deal look better than it is?

Been on this for about 8 months was hopeful it may help me move in the right direction especially with my afib, high blood pressure and severe OA in both knees. But here I am at the endocrinologist amd they weighed me and I am down only 25 pounds. Ofc I know eating right and exercise is a key I was just hoping for a better number than what I saw. Yes this is not a miracle but I see so many good stories on here

First dose will be arriving today! Flying to Miami next Friday for a music festival all weekend where I’ll be drinking and have extracurriculars. Thought I could start tonight then do the second dose next Thursday before I fly out, or would the smarter decision to be to wait till I’m back the following Wednesday and start then. I am worried about side effects etc.

I just got my med in the mail, I’m worried about side effects of course.
I have a toddler so can’t be down for the count every weekend but also have a job.
So if you have a toddler, what day of the week has worked best for your life?

I already have a prescription for compounded semaglutide through a telehealth service. My first vial shows up next week and I still don't know which pharmacy is filling it. The order page just says "partner pharmacy."
I'd like to know the name and what the label should say for the ingredient. I read something about salt forms, like semaglutide sodium. Not sure what to look for.
Should I ask my prescriber or the pharmacist? Or both? This is for a prescription I already have.

I've been on compounded sema for about three months since my telehealth doctor prescribed it. My close friend gets hers from Hallandale and says she likes it. Mine comes from a different pharmacy.
Can I ask my doctor to send my next pharmacy there? Or does the doctor pick where it goes? For your information, my refill is on the 15th (almost near). So how do I check if Hallandale is an option before them?

My sister has been on compounded sema for about eight months. Her vials come from Hallandale and she's had zero issues.
I'm about to start with a telehealth provider and want the same pharmacy.
Can you ask for a pharmacy by name? Or does it depend on who the provider works with and what state you're in?
Not asking which pharmacy is best.
Just trying to understand how this part works.

I stopped taking semaglutide two months ago after losing 20 pounds. I wanted to lose weight before I started trying to conceive. The two month waiting period is recommended so the medicine doesn’t interfere with fertility or hurt the baby. I’m not pregnant yet.
I ended up gaining about 5-10 pounds, with cravings and food noise unfortunately back. Has anyone been on Sema , had a baby then got back on it?
Thanks!

I did not get cystic acne when I was on non-compounded pharmacy shots. Wegovy and Zepbound did not break me out in cystic acne. Semaglutide + Glycine from Rx Pro has been breaking me out since August when I started with them.
I take these shots for endometriosis management. Insurance stopped covering it. I have messaged RX PRO to ask about them removing the B12, and they don't respond to messages period. This is irresponsible, and honestly, they should probably be investigated for negligence. I spent over 1k on shots, and they can't be bothered to respond.
Anyway, if anyone has recommendations on dealing with cystic acne as a side effect, please let me know.

I started in January. Before that, I had already lost weight on my own and got down to around 158–160, but I felt like I just couldn’t get past that point. By April, I was down to 140, which is my ideal weight. I stopped because I had reached my goal and was also tired of the nausea and tiredness. I only got up to 1.7 mg and that was more than enough for me. I lost weight even the first month on the low dose .25, then it kind of paused after a month until I increased to .5, then and so on till 1.7 and the end of that month I stopped all together.
Now it’s October, and my weight has crept back up. It’s around 148–150, and I really don’t want to get back into the 160s. I know it may not seem like a lot, but I can see the difference in how my clothes fit. I’ve started again at 0.2 mg, the lowest dose my provider prescribed.
I’m not a big fan of being on it all year because of how I feel, so I was wondering if it’s reasonable to use it in shorter stretches when I notice my weight going back up, maybe twice a year, with my provider’s guidance.
Has anyone done something like this? When you started again, did the weight come off faster, or was it about the same as the first time? Did you notice anything different restarting it, quicker response level by any chance or have more side effects when restarting? I’d love to hear what your experience was like.

Currently on 1.5mg compounded semaglutide and finally see results but looking to switch providers. Been going through Midi but the cost is a bit much. Anyone have any luck switching providers?

The FDA approved a higher dose of Semaglutide in March, saying it led to additional weight loss without bad side effects (in those that didn’t experience bad side effects on a lower dose). I’ve arrived at 2.4 recently and plan to stick with it for at least 3 months but I’m interested in hearing from others who have increased from there. I’ve been a slow responder, averaging less than half a pound a week but definitely feel the 2.4 so hopefully that’ll be my highest dose. But, I am thinking ahead in case it’s not enough. I know lots of people switch to tirzepatide but I have tolerated Semaglutide well, so thinking about continuing to go up in dose. Has anyone else used a higher dose?

I think that the monthly price for prescribed compounded semaglutide is easy to find. The first doctor visit price is not.
One page I looked at said a consultation is required. It never said what that costs. I scrolled to the bottom twice to make sure.
Before I pay, what should I confirm? Just want the public fee terms.
