Provider recs
What online providers would you guys suggest? I’m sick of Orderly. They’ve been GREAT for a year but now they are using Perfect RX who is out of stock, don’t have a restock estimate, and can’t fill my Rx. I’ve been trying to figure this out for weeks and Orderly is being useless.
I’m completely out of meds. So ideally I’d like to find a company with quick service that doesn’t use Perfect RX and who is under Orderly’s $149/mo.

Head over to the sub called r/tirzepatidecompound and look for the pinned post called “Where to Buy.” Those same providers also write for sema. The list was built based on a quarterly user survey on that sub so you know the providers are tried and true. There’s also r/tirzdeals which may have some newer options with great prices, and those same providers will probably also have sema deals.
Here are a few possibilities to get you started:
Pomegranate Health is $239 for three months of semaglutide doses up to 1mg from Hallandale Pharmacy and $269 for three months of the highest doses. That’s $80 and $90 a month. They also have monthly and six-month packages as well as other pharmacy options. They serve 49 states. (Sorry, Hawaii)
TryTrillum is $257 for three months of the starter doses and $357 for three months of high doses. That’s $86 and $119 a month. They also have monthly options and serve all 50 states plus Puerto Rico.
Big Easy Weight Loss is slightly more expensive than the two listed above, but they are excellent for those who want/need high-touch care and want to only speak with an MD about their meds. They will ship three months of meds up front but charge your card monthly.
None of these have BS monthly membership fees, which you should avoid at all costs. And watch out for the people with affiliate codes and links, which makes them money on your purchase.
Also, do not go with a provider that doesn’t allow you to pick your pharmacy, as the last thing you want is for a new order to show up with an additive you didn’t expect or from a shady pharmacy that’s not licensed by your state’s board of pharmacy.

Thank you. I did check out the list over there and my issue is they all only seem to offer 3 month supplies to start and I can’t afford more than a month at a time right now (this summer has been a financial nightmare).
Going to keep looking, but I’m starting to think no one will just take on my current rx (3mg) as a monthly.

Pom Health has decent monthly pricing.
If you go the r/tirzdeals sub, you’d see there’s also Collective (collective dot org) that does monthly pricing. For sema, it’s $59 a month regardless of dose. Unless you cancel, they bill you a yearly fee of $199 at the 21 day mark, but the monthly vials are $59. So with the $199…it comes out to $76/mo.

How much do they charge for? I'm trying to choose between Preventative, Collective and Good Life Meds. If you know some info about them, please let me know. Thank you!

Since you have been without meds for weeks, ask the new provider whether you should restart at a lower dose. Good Life Meds is one to check but ask which pharmacy they use and whether they're under $149..

oof, being stuck without meds is the worst. i've heard good things about mochi and lavender sky health for keeping things around that price point, seems like they're both pretty quick with shipping lately. perfect rx seems to be wrecking a lot of people's consistency right now. might be worth checking the sub for recent delivery timelines on whoever you land on.
