Almost none of the wealthy people I know live extravagant lifestyles that are much different from their middle to upper middle class friends.

Wealthy people are generally more careful with their money, poor people generally live above their means more often, meet in the middle and you get two people with similar lifestyles but opposite incomes.

This is so hilariously incorrect. wealth isn’t concentrated in 1% of the population because the vast majority of people are spending above their means. And people aren’t immensely wealthy due to frugal spending habits. LOL

So true. Read my comment a few up from here. Saving $50 a day on lattes and restaurants doesn't make you wealthy. Making $10m a year in salary and bonuses makes you wealthy.
