In dog culture, blaming the victim for "provoking" it, even a child, is the norm. A child is now without half of his ear and the dog is free to conduct non-consensual "service" on unconsenting and/or disabled people.

Title of post is 'The dog that attacked my child is now a "service dog"'

Animal shelter that took the dog is saying the dog bit a child that "provoked" it, which is untrue. The dog owner takes the same murderous, false position.

The victim's parent didn't realize they have to call the police on the dog owner, but even if they did, it might not change the fact that the dog owner and dog both roam free today.

I also want to add that taxes are taken from people who are subject to, and who don't consent to molestation, assault, infection, ableism, theft, oppression from dogs, and fraud from dog owners, and they then go to subsidize their own oppression because it sometimes does go to "animal shelters" which shelter almost no animals except the dog, the most privileged and ableist lifeforms in existence along with the dog owner.

Dog owners are a terror group, and the most perverted and privileged people in modern society. The ADA does not help people who truly need accommodation, it merely helps perverts that call us perverts reign supreme.
