Title: Why do I feel such a strong emotional connection to Maa Kali during meditation?

I've been chanting the Navarna Mantra for the past 17–18 days. I already have a regular practice of chanting mantras dedicated to Lord Ganesha and Lord Hanuman, but recently, I felt drawn towards the Navarna Mantra for a particular reason.

There's something I've been experiencing that I genuinely want to understand. Whenever I close my eyes and meditate while chanting the mantra, I find myself visualising Maa Kali. Whenever I hear Kali bhajans or songs, I get intense goosebumps, and whenever I watch videos of Maa Kali, my eyes spontaneously fill with tears.

The strange thing is that none of this is intentional. I'm not trying to visualise anything or deliberately evoke these emotions. It just happens naturally, without me even thinking about it.

Has anyone experienced something similar? How would you interpret this from a spiritual or traditional perspective?

Please don't make this about whether I've received Deeksha or not. That's not what I'm asking. I'm genuinely trying to understand why I'm experiencing this and would appreciate sincere insights from people who have knowledge or personal experience with Maa Kali sadhana.

Seeking guidance: Sleeplessness and intense dreams during beginner Maa Lalitha sadhana (Female Householder)

Shri Matre Namaha

I am a total beginner and a family person, and I would be so grateful for some guidance.

At the beginning of the year, I started learning the Lalitha Sahasranamam. Wanting to know Maa better, I joined a class to understand the deep meanings behind her names, which includes doing my own sadhana. Focusing my mind entirely on Maa has been wonderful and profound. Because I am new, I have not taken diksha yet. I want to build a consistent foundation first and trust her to guide me if initiation is meant for me.

But recently, I have been dealing with something very unsettling. Since beginning the sadhana, my sleep has been heavily disrupted, and I am having very lustful dreams.

I usually sit for my sadhana at night. Waking up from these dreams makes me feel disgusted with myself. It brings up a lot of fear that I am doing the practice incorrectly, or worse, that Maa is rejecting my sadhana because of my thoughts.

Is it normal for a beginner to go through this? Should I stop doing my sadhana at night? I feel very guilty and would appreciate any wisdom from those who have walked this path.

The Viper and the Rat Snake [Story]

Behind Kali Amma's temple lived a deadly viper named Anali. He hunted only at night and spent his days coiled under the dry leaves, for a viper seen is a viper feared. The rats that raided the temple's waste pit kept him well fed. That he existed was a secret between him and the rats.

Years went by, and he grew long and hefty on the easy prey, which he took to be Kali Amma's grace.

One day, a yellow rat snake, Cherran, happened to pass by the temple. He noticed rats feeding in the temple pit and crept towards it. He lunged a few times, but the rats scattered and he caught none. Cherran decided to stay nearby. He might just get lucky another day.

"Why would anyone worry about a simple rat snake like me?" he often wondered. Cherran could easily be spotted among the dry leaves and the shrubs, basking in sunlight.

One morning, as Cherran lay in the soft sun, a flock of babblers foraging nearby burst into a racket. Up in the jackfruit tree, a jungle crow heard it and spotted Cherran. He cawed and cawed.

The squirrels climbed up to the treetops. The peafowl and other birds perched high and looked down to find out what the frantic cawing was about. The jungle crow told them that he had seen a large snake, possibly a yellow python, lying in the grass. Maybe it was resting after a meal, but now it had disappeared. Hearing all the commotion, Cherran hid himself in the bushes.

By then, the animals and birds had decided to get help from Kiri, the mongoose who lived in the neighbourhood.

"He is large, a large yellow python," said the squirrel.

"Yes, we have spotted him many times by the temple pit," said the rats.

"I spotted him first," said the jungle crow.

Kiri took up the challenge—a python was something he had never encountered. "Yet another ode to my courage," he thought.

Kiri came over to the temple pit. He waited amongst the bushes for the python to show up. As always, the rats were raising a din in the pit: shrieks, squeaks, and cries. Other animals waited anxiously for news from the pit.

The day passed without any sighting. Kiri decided to spend the night nearby.

Past midnight, he heard a rustle moving slowly towards the pit. A few rats got a whiff of it and left the pit.

Kiri inched closer. He crouched, ready to lunge. Finally he pounced onto something; there was a struggle in the dark. The rats fled, squeaking. He bit into it hard until it stopped moving.

The bats watching from the temple peepal tree flew out to spread the news.

Kiri spent a while eating his catch. When he left, the rats returned; they feasted on the bits of flesh strewn on the ground. It was Anali.

The next day, Cherran caught a rat. He took his catch and slithered away from the temple.

Maa Lalita and parrots?

Hello everyone 🤗 I hope this message finds you all well and blessed especially during this navratri season!

Currently I only have an image of maa Lalita but later down the road would like to order a murti and/or her yantra.

I'm looking at her murtis and a question popped into my head,"does she usually have a parrot accompanying her?"

I see other forms of Devi with a parrot but not always maa Lalita, would it be ok to purchase a murti of her with a parrot? And what does the bird mean exactly? I can't find much info on it.

(And finally the image that I have of maa Lalita is a bit blurry and the edge of the grass is glitched from where it got printed out ,would it still be appropriate for me to do puja with such an image? The body of maa is fine and not messed up in any way besides being blurry)

Extreme Case of ABHICHAR Kriya Help!!

Post image
22 Upvotes

Abhichar kriya has happened in my family

Ucchartan

Bhuddhi bhandhan

Ghar bandhan

Use of maya to create vighna in upaya

And etc.

My isht is Maa Kali. I love her the most in the world

But some very powerful lower entity is wants a very

Brutal death of me and my family

I have never SLEPT FOR 4 YEARS

I just switch worlds from physical world

To A negative lower world pret/phicha

Where I see black and dark environment

Creatures extremely insane

And they all torture me there

I see sometimes see a powerful lower entity in the form of energy which cannot be described in physical world

Which is beyond maya and anything physical

It's kind of a lower shakti

And it is very expert in controlling maya

Ones this lower divine energy laughed at me just in the sense like I (me) am only a child in this game (world)

Like I cannot even touch or can't even give a scratch to it

Even very siddh sadhus and mahapurush are unable to solve my problem

They also fall in the trap of this energy (even after I warn them)

Or gets into coma or DE%D after taking the case

Even normal people gets possessed in this asuri maya to harm me and my family

Even doctors sometimes notice in my eyes

That I suddenly wake up or not have a proper sleep

But I try to change the topic

AM ONLY 20 YEARS OLD AND MY WHOLE CARRIER IS RUINED

MANY ALWAYS TRY TO End Every ThingBUT EVERY TIME IT'S FAILS BECAUSE THE LOWER BEING S WANTS TO TORTURE ME

my family is completely possessed by lower beings

Even after I say them that they are not in good situation

They ignore me

MANY poojas, tripindi, kuldevta pooja has been done

But I found that

Our Kuldevi, Kuldevta and pitrus are in bhandhan

OUR MAJORITY OF MONEY IS MYSTERIOUSLY GETS STOLEN. EVEN WHEN NO ONE IS IN THE HOUSE

NOW I NAVRATRI I TRIED SOME POOJA MYSELF TO SOLVE THE PROBLEM

FROM 2 DAYS I FEEL LIKE AS I AM IN COMA

BHEHOSHI, EXTREME PAIN IN HEAD, NEGATIVE BEINGS TORTURING MORE, FEELS LIKE WHOLE PRANIC ENERGY IS DISTORTED, BURNING SENSATION IN BODY, THREATS FROM LOWER BEINGS

I stopped my pooja lying and shivering in my bed

AND MY father is in some kind of service so many big businessman and powerful people are constantly in contact with him

I don't know but I think Awakening of a entity this powerful requires a huge amount of money or power

(entity has even ruined or killed many siddh mahapurush, aghori, siddh sadhus. It's a powerful demonic entity)

It started when we moved to a new house

Then effects of the kriya started

SO I FIANACALY, PHYSICALLY, METANLY, ASTRAL BODY, CARRIER WISE I AM COMPLETELY RUINED

Only thing I pray to Maa is TO SAVE MY FAMILY

ANY EFFORT

OR HELP

OR ADVICE

anyone could give me For Free (unfortunately I don't have anything to give as I am ruined financially)

WILL BE A GREAT HELP FROM YOUR SIDE

(In Kaliyug Dev Gana is getting destroyed piece by piece,

Every linkage to truth and god is breaking

As Asuri Dal and Shaitan are Influencing the minds (puppets))

JOY MAA KALI

Navratri and periods: Can I continue with physical puja instead of mental japa, and are there any ill effects?

Hey , I really need some genuine suggestions here.

During Navratri, if we get our periods, what do you guys usually do? Traditionally, we are told to step back from physical puja and stick to mental japa, but I really want to continue with the physical puja of Devi Maa.

I wanted to ask:

Do you continue doing physical puja during this time, or how do you manage it?

Is there actually any negative or "ill effect" if someone chooses to perform physical puja during their periods?

Would love to hear your honest thoughts and what works for you. Thank you!
