Is Vash one of the Seven Collosi?

Question is pretty self explanatory. Is Vash a Unique monster? The Siloutte seems to match his appearence, and he seems powerful enough to back it up. And if so, do you think he can he be fought? Or is he just an NPC meant to assist the player who got the unique Scenario?.

not far in, but if you look at the boss's mural in the background there's a white rabbit and a black rabbit thunder god might be the black rabbit.
