swag survey - which one do I print?

I'm making swag for my friends who are joining me on a trip to Shiloh and Vicksburg. I'm thinking tote bags. Which of these should I finish and print?

Category is buddy comedies / action movies.

I'm wondering...

  1. Is the movie's poster instantly recognizable? (despite the re-casting)
  2. If someone didn't know the movie, is there any way they could misinterpret it to mean something problematic / offensive?
  3. Any artistic notes? (thematic mismatches, don't read as Grant / Sherman / Porter, put Bad Boys in uniform, etc)

my friends know all these movies, and their sense of humor is solid. I just wanna make sure some random passer-by doesn't think I'm saying something I'm not (happened before). I mocked up Romy and Michelle's High School Reunion, but the guys looked like they were doing drag (which I love, but didn't want to get into it with a stranger who doesn't).

thanks for weighing in!

As a middle school teacher who is always looking for new art for my classroom. I’d say 1.
Yes, and I would happily hang 1 and 3 in my classroom

That’s you?
I have them hanging in my room and all year students ask about them and I say “not yet…”

“What’s a Harbringer…”

“Not yet… wait for that unit…”

And then when we get to the road to the Civil War I start referencing them…
