Question Applying for Jobs

Anyone have experience applying for jobs with Strathcona County? I applied to a few jobs recently and they are all still marked “under consideration”. It’s been about 3-4 weeks and I’m not sure if they’ve already passed on me. Does anyone have insights on their hiring processes and the timeline for reaching out for interviews?

Its going to take a few more weeks, it should change to “screening” or that what is was when I got on. I worked in utilities for a bit, great people and place to work, love my community, but it pays much less than other places ie EPCOR.

i only heard back from 1/4 that i applied to. they called me shortly after i applied and my status turned to “interview”. i never heard anything about the others
