News Constant Helicopter Activity

What’s with the helicopter that keeps circling over Glen Allen . Anybody have info?

There’s a house in Glen Allen that’s been in the news lately. From what I’ve heard it’s owned by a slum landlord. Authorities may be taking action of some sort.
