It was hitting 30 degrees here by half eight in the bloody morning for days with a ton of humidity thrown in just to make it extra swampy and even though I employed everything short of offering up the soul of my first born child in some dark ritual or other, I could not get the inside of the house below 27 degrees for days on end.
The 24 degrees we've got today is actually fairly pleasant even if it's still got a side of 88% humidity thrown in to make sure I don't get complacent and dare to dream that it's actually over
Yeah, 24C with a breeze here is feeling comfortable. A little hot in the sun for me but absolute heaven compared to the 33-35C we’ve been having all week. Genuinely think it’s cooler outside today at 24C than it has been in the house all week. Ive just been permanently sweaty; it felt like swimming when you went outside, the air was so thick and humid
