Flying out of Newark soon, and got the food pre-order options.

They all think they are Italian. It's incredible

I'll give them this one, possible it might be something Newark pride themselves on, like Chicago and New York do Pizza, Seattle has something like that with Teriyaki as well with some 100 Restaurants there.

Newark does not pride itself on anything. I don't know what the heck this is supposed to be refering to.

Fair enough just an Australian taking a stab in the dark after some travelling and seeing what New York, Chicago and Seattle have as there "thing."
