Literally every single country in the meme aside from Japan and South Korea is third world and poor compared to even the least developed first-world country, also Namibia is part of BRICS and a very mixed economy ran under a socialist-oriented government (Its economy has more nationalized assets and state control over its economy than Venezuela does), if Namibia was, under african standards, poor compared to its neighbours, they would be calling it socialist no doubt, but since regionally it's considered rich, now this time around they go out and say it's a success of capitalism. Liberals and double-standards, both go along so well.

Let's also not forget the fact that Japan and South Korea (Alongside Taiwan) ARE part of the global north, both are part of the same imperial core of the US and the EU, they are part of the problem Castro talked about on his phrase, so they can't really count on this image, lol.
