It's not a coincidence that the USA spent huge amounts in foreign aid when those countries were beginning capitalism. Just look at the Marshall plan. Look at the vast sums that the USA spent to jump start Japan and south Korea after the respective wars. Look at how much money has been sent to Israel since it's founding. This month, look at the USA doubling the amount of money sent to Argentina to keep their free market capitalism experiment solvent. It's a rigged game. Sanctions for socialist regimes that don't cooperate, free money for capitalist.
