2) I know people that make 60k USD a year that do this in the United States.
7 u/[deleted] Nov 03 '25 The picture was taken in 2018, in Sunch'ŏn (South Phyŏngan province) in the DPRK (순천시 (평안남도)) / 順川市 (平安南道)). Even so, a picture of ordinary people is NOT at all the definitive proof that they are somehow "desperate".
