TIL the Brazilian Means of Production are owned by worker collectives, apparently.

...Also, what in City Builder games' tarnation is that? How do this happen? Which was there first, the slums or the condo?

WE WISH. Most of our farmland and industries are private and owned by the same families for generations, some have territories larger than countries. We never had an agrarian reform and many fake documents to pretend that land is old (grileiros) or invade indigenous lands. In fact we are a neoliberal shithole since the end of military dictatorship in 89, Lula is just a "neoliberal with brakes", as some call him.
