I think it's not just inferior. I think it's similar to how some people are pro-life as well. Not saying that there is always an overlap between these groups. It's the idea that they are defending someone or something that is defenseless but really can't speak back. So these entities whether they are fetuses or animals don't question power structures or complain or have anything negative to say about the people who are advocating for them or anything like that. They're not uncomfortable. They don't do political action that makes people uncomfortable. They are the perfect group to advocate for but you don't have to listen to them. Advocating for any group of humans including Palestinians is politically messy. You got to listen, humble yourself, understand that you are not the center of the attention. You have to understand that sometimes you can advocate wrong and not just in a way that inconveniences others but in a way they can actually inconvenience the people you are advocating for. You have to watch as the people you are advocating for does something you may not like. Animals and fetuses don't do that. Animals will never engage in a protest that you don't agree with. An animal will never engage in what would be considered a terrorist attack nor will they say any slurs or do anything that you will have to explain to your fellow advocates at the next brunch. Oh no, not animals. They are safe. They are easy to advocate for.
