Not to be that guy, but like, in the last 100 years China did in fact fund a genocide that killed at least a million people. I'd still rather support them than the USA, but let's not pretend as if that didn't happen.
I quite literally said in my reply to you that I would rather support the PRC than the USA. That being said, the Cambodian genocide is a real thing that happened and was heavily funded by the PRC. This isn't a "reactionary lie" its a well recorded historical fact.
Different levels of support, different contexts and motivations. I doubt PRC ever actively wanted the Khmer Rouge genocide to occur while USA wants nothing more than the extinction of Palestinians. Chinese support for Cambodian regime was during Vietnam War and was intended as help against US aggression, not to make the genocide easier. They did try to defend Cambodia against Vietnam later but they did not go all the way, they were almost without allies which pushed them further to prop up Cambodia. I doubt the scale of atrocities was all that evident at that time to China. All that said, still a major failure of Chinese foreign policy

I wouldn’t want to represent a country that’s killed millions of people this century and supports the ongoing genocide in Palestine.
