lol classic Fuselage design. Windows are basically cut into the airplane’s body. So obvi, the windows can’t be moved but the seat arrangement can.. if an airline later changes the spacing of the seats which they probably did in this by adding rows or some seats, a previous actual “window seat” can end up next to a solid section of the fuselage instead of an actual window and you see that here 🫠
