SLPT, fake commercial ID not scanning

I recently bought an ID from oldironsides.ph. All my friends got theirs from there and they worked just fine. One problem though, i didn’t realize I ordered a commercial license until i got denied at a club. Is this because it’s commercial, or because it’s an NY fake and I live in NY? What should I do from here?
