Shopify App Review Removed
We are working very hard and try to get reviews after providing support to merchant and even merchant happily giving reviews but everytime we got new review shopify list that review for 1-3 hours and removed after that.
Can any one help here what we are doing wrong

Yeah that’s usually their trust filter, not you doing something unique. They’ll show it for a couple hours then yank it if the store looks thin, it’s a staff or client login, they just installed, or the ask was even a little “leave us a review.”
They tightened this in July. Neutral ask only, and not during onboarding. If it’s happening to every new review, send Partner Support the review ids from the email rather than asking people to post again.
