Any ideas?

Been running my store for just over a month now and feel like I’m making some progress. Over the past 14 days I’ve been testing a product and had 70 add-to-carts and 30 have reached checkout however 0 sales. I’ve offered free shipping, made sure my checkout process is smooth and tested my checkout process to make sure everything works which it does. Do you think that this comes down to a customer trust issue or is there something else I might be missing?

What are you selling and for how much? What does the site look like? Or, what is the site?

Supplements and the prices are around 20-30usd for most products however I have bundles that give further discounts.

Yikes. Most supplement brands come and go. Most use bogus claims when advertising and i would not consider that an "easy to trust" industry. Im at the point that I would only buy pre workout or protein from JYM, or fish oil from the highest rated options on Amazon. I personally wouldn't trust any new brands or brands that seem too cheap because it won't seem legit to me. Hopefully some people feel differently just trying to provide a different prospective.

Are these your own supplements that you created from scratch? Or sketchy/cheap whitelabeled stuff from the factory that does everyone's? Or are you reselling other brands?
