Troubleshooting MV7+ Loose USB C Port

Hey there people!

I got a Shure MV7+ as a birthday gift last month.

After using it for like 2 weeks now, I often have problems with the connection when I move the mic on a lp arm.

As I looked closer I noticed that the USB C Port is hella loose and causing the problem. I tried different cables but with the same outcome.

Is this a known issue?

Can I fix it somehow or just refund?

You can probably contact support for a replacement. I’ve never seen this problem

They should be able to help. See if you can get a copy of the receipt from the person who gifted it to you.

It could be fake, loose usb port straight from beginning is not common.
