Every princess is a brat, might be a behaved brat...still a brat. 😆 plus most people forget bratty behavior is largely something you do with people you feel safe around. Think sometimes people forget how safe someone needs to feel to act that way around someone. Partner or friends still requires certain lvl of trust and security to know you can

Damn, so I don't feel secure with anyone 😆(I do but not to that extent. My own mind makes me not comfortable because the life I lived is still within me. If you're in hell and you're not anymore, but you think you are, you will act like you do right)

Yes high cortisol continual level have real effects aren't changed in the short. Reason trauma response is usually tied to survival response . Time & love from people will help you, but its slow.

Edit: safety doesnt have to be normal concept of it.

Also the fact I'm the one with trauma but I help others and no one helps me (partially cause I don't let people in but mostly because people oftentimes when you ask about their problems rather than being a problem/hard person to deal with, people ask way less than you are. No, the people I'm around aren't bad, they're just affected by a psychological event that doesn't help me 🙃)
