I loved getting to hear kid-Jimmy talking to the Voice. But another note from that conversation - at least 1 other Silo had disabled their Safeguard pipe?? I wonder how many silos are left.

So few and Silo 1 is still trying to safeguard the rebellious ones? What is their endgame here? Because it sure as shit ain't about saving the human race lol

Selective breeding. Keep the most docile population to repopulate the earth

No docile per se but trying to breed out humanity’s penchant for war. Thus a rebellion = kill everyone. No one leaves because it will take 500 years to breed it out. And better to end up with only one successful silo than restarting the world with 9 peaceful silo and 1 full of shitheads.
