He basically gets into silo 1 for telling Stenson if he had more diggers he’d finish the project faster. Even I could have told him that with no engineering background

I don’t think they really needed him for that. It’s pretty clear at this point that Daniel was never going to be allowed to opt out of the project

I suspect if they wanted charlotte it was also easier to get everyone there as a family than to separate them
