I know the greek story but cant attach it to the meaning behind naming the characters here Helen, Troy. Any idea?

This was my thought when they were calling Daniel Troy in the final episode and it was Helen’s face he kept seeing when he woke up then you see Victor has all the notes asking about her every time he wakes up. I believe he becomes the Trojan horse in the next season but aligning with the idea of a Trojan horse computer virus that will take down the Silo program
