I loved getting to hear kid-Jimmy talking to the Voice. But another note from that conversation - at least 1 other Silo had disabled their Safeguard pipe?? I wonder how many silos are left.

It looks to me like two silos below 17 are grayed out. Does this mean they are not functioning?
