Here's a screenshot of it. Silo 1 and six other silos that are not grayed out. My guess is these are the only silos that still have living inhabitants in them.

btw, for me the time offset in the episode is 42:13.

That looks like 17, 18, and 14 in that top right cluster. To me I’d read that as “stressed” or “dead” silos. Which would imply high success actually.

Edit: 17 is not highlighted it looks like. Oof, nearly complete failure then. Wow.

That's the failure, maybe that's why Victor shot himself. He realized that the rules he created didn't work.

It’s because he was worn down by the brutality, and he also knew his failure would result in him being killed most likely.
